2022 Spring Training - Daily Staff Check-In
Prior to coming to The Ballpark of the Palm Beaches each day for your work shift, you must complete the Facility Access Form.
It is recommend you do not head to the facility until you have completed the Facility Access Form and received confirmation that you are able to access the venue. Without showing confirmation to your supervisor, you will not be allowed to clock in.
WHEN ENTERING YOUR SUBMISSION:
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SELECT ‘ASTROS OR AFFILIATE’ AS YOUR EMPLOYER.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER ‘0’ AS YOUR EMPLOYEE NUMBER.
THE FACILITY YOU ARE VISITING IS ‘WEST PALM BEACH’.
